Booking Policy

• Rate does not include the 5% GST sales tax.
• Rate is $450 for one guest, $550 for two guests. More than 2 guests, add $50 per an additional person up to 6 guests.
• Require a full payment to confirm a booking.
• E-transfer can be sen to katsugoto@waputikcanada.com
• Also accept Paypal, credit with paypal or cash.

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of cancelling a trip, rescheduling is our first priority. If this is not an option the refund will be issued.
• Up to 1 week prior to the start date, the full amount will be refunded.
• Between 1 week and 72 hours(3 days) prior to the start date, 50% of the amount will be withheld.
• After 72 hours prior to the start date, the full amount will be forfeited.

⭐️For Multi-days trip (more than 2 days)⭐️

Booking Policy

• Rate does not include the 5% GST sales tax.
• Require a full payment to confirm booking after 8 weeks prior to the start date of the tour. 
• Require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking before 8 weeks prior to the start date of the tour.
• The other 50% is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the tour.
• E-transfer can be sent to katsugoto@waputikcanada.com
• We also accept Paypal, credit through paypal or cash.

• After 4 weeks prior to the start date, the full amount will be forfeited.

✅Booking Condition for all trips ✅

• A Waiver must be signed by all participants with their guide witnessing. You can see a copy of the waiver HERE 
• Minors will require a waiver/consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
• Waputik Canada ask all participants a proof of vaccination for covid 19 upon the booking. Also follow the regional covid 19 restrictions as necessary. 
• Waputik Canada may change a venue due to mountain conditions.
• Mountain Adventure has inherent risks that must be assumed by all Waputik Canada guests.
